Porter Truck Dealer Charged for Dumping Used Motor Oil
A Porter man is facing felony charges for dumping used motor oil into a local waterway.

PORTER, TX — Cesar Ivan Hernandez-Lopez is accused of being either really careless or really cheap.
Hernandez-Lopez was arrested after some used motor oil he was storing at his yard, C & H Trucking Sales in Porter, allegedly spilled during the April flooding.
The Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable's Office determined that this wasn't Hernandez-Lopez's first oil spill rodeo. He'd been reported twice for basically the same thing.

While the cops were looking around Hernandez-Lopez's place they allegedly noticed that he allegedly had started cleaning up the alleged oil spill, but stopped because of the alleged cost.
It took three months for the investigation to get to the point where the Montgomery County DA would accept it, but the DA's office did and agreed to file a felony charge against Hernandez-Lopez because of the amount of oil that was dumped.
