Restaurant owners bring authentic cuisine from Mexico

When Luis Maldonado and Alejandro Flores put their signature on a restaurant, it has to be authentic.
Both gentlemen are from Mexico and they met while in college. Maldonado has been living in this area since 2008, and Flores came to the vicinity in 2019 after more than 15 years in the restaurant business in Guerrero, Mexico, near Acapulco. The pair decided the area needed food from their part of the world, so the idea was hatched to open a restaurant here.
