Former Humble Assitant Police Chief Ken Theis is the new chief of police for the city. He was chosen unanimously, welcomed and sworn into office by all members of the Humble City Council Oct. 8.
Theis has been with the City of Humble Police Department for 37 years and has held every position the force has to offer those who serve. He credits these experiences for being able to understand the ways of the department, improve crime response, increase policing efforts, and positively motivate those around him.
