The victims were identified as Matthew Thomas Stuart and his father, George Nitsche. (WFAA.com)
- Memories of long wait times and worker shortages in March have Dallas County leaders scrambling ahead of the upcoming May elections. One 71-year-old Lancaster resident recalls waiting four hours to cast her vote, which some officials attribute to too few on-the-ground election workers and election judges.
