- Sad news out of Arlington: A 20-year-old who was last seen on April 10 was found dead in her car on Thursday, her family says. There is no security camera footage showing whether she was alone when she departed her family's apartment Sunday morning, but police say they don't suspect foul play. (WFAA.com)
- A Grand Prarie man tops Texas' list of 10 most wanted sex offenders. Gregory Jon Pecina Jr., 37, is wanted for aggravated assault, robbery and kidnapping charges dating back to November 2020. Officials are offering $4,000 for information that leads to his arrest during the month of April. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
- "All bills paid" apartment communities are gaining popularity in Northwest Dallas, and one is slated to become the 'Largest Multifamily Solar Installation in the US.' Granite Redevelopment Properties will soon boast solar panels over 2,000 covered parking spots.
