Blood supply shortages remain critical at this time in North Texas. Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Irving is hosting Carter BloodCare for a one-day blood donation event Thursday, Feb. 24 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The mobile Carter BloodCare bus will be set up at the hospital, 1901 N. MacArthur Blvd.
