  1. Does your garden need a boost? Irving's Hunter Ferrell Landfill is offering free mulch throughout the month of April. Head over to the site Wednesday through Saturday to grab your share, and remember to bring bags for easier transport or be ready with a truck. (Irving Weekly)
  2. The Irving Marathon is this morning! Among the runners is a Dallas woman set to achieve her 1,000th marathon. Learn more about Angela Tortorice and her journey to this amazing accomplishment via KERA News.
  3. Inspired by Angela's story (above)? Check out these fresh fitness events in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in April.
