4. AARP Texas Recognizes Nine State Lawmakers as 2025 Legislative Champions (aarp.org) — Longview residents may be interested to know that State Rep. Jay Dean, who represents the area, has been named a 2025 Legislative Champion by AARP Texas for his work to keep insurance costs affordable.
