• Habitat for Humanity celebrates Next Community in Magnolia with Foundation Ceremony (hellowoodlands.com) — A major new Habitat for Humanity neighborhood, Marble Creek, is coming to 81 donated acres in Magnolia and will eventually provide affordable homes for more than 200 families. Infrastructure is already finished, with construction and a blitz build of the first homes set for spring 2026. Local partners, donors, and even a Magnolia ISD teacher and future homeowner are helping shape this long-term community investment.
