Guerra confirms Ternium USA will not be building a terminal at the Port of Brownsville (riograndeguardian.com) — From a meeting at McAllen Country Club, Brownsville Navigation District chairman Esteban Guerra confirmed Ternium USA has dropped plans for a new terminal at the Port of Brownsville but will keep moving steel through the port. He highlighted roughly $25 billion in potential projects and thousands of good-paying jobs that could benefit the wider Rio Grande Valley, including McAllen residents.
