Dedicated Space Helps Students Regulate Their Emotions

Across Frisco ISD, students learn to identify and manage their emotions so they can focus on learning in the classroom. Depending on the needs of the student or campus, this can take the form of relaxation and breathing techniques to alleviate
stress, play-based therapy to provide a much-needed break and more. At Robertson Elementary, there is a devoted space on campus where students and staff unwind, connect with one another and recharge for teaching and learning.
