The Grandscape effect: Boosting economy and entertainment in The Colony

The Colony, Texas - Grandscape is a captivating $1.5 billion entertainment complex set within The Colony, that continues to captivate with its comprehensive offerings.
This premier venue is "an ultimate destination for dining, retail and entertainment," according to Associate Broker, Rosemary Lewis. It presents intimate concert locales, houses some of the region's finest dining establishments, and provides unique entertainment experiences like the Andretti and [Immersive] Gamebox.
Grandscape continues to evolve. Later this year, visitors will have the pleasure of enjoying PopStroke, a mini golf venue designed by Tiger Woods, boasting 37 mini-golf holes and an outdoor play area, Dallas Metro News reported.

The appeal of Grandscape has drawn "companies like Portillo’s, you know different retailers that are from different states that see the draw of the Grandscape and how grand it is, and now they want in and they’re getting in, and we get the benefits of it being in North Texas," Lewis explained.
The Chicago-based Portillo’s, a fast-casual eatery renowned for its hot dogs and Italian beef sandwiches, opened its first Texas establishment in The Colony on January 18. This 7,900-square-foot restaurant has proven incredibly successful, leading the company to announce two more North Texas locations in Allen and Arlington.
