• Mexia Independent School District Special Education Notice of Destruction of Records (mexiadailynews.com) — Families connected to Mexia ISD special education services should know the district is now destroying records for students whose services ended in or before the 2017–2018 school year. Parents, guardians, or former students who may need these documents for Social Security or other purposes must request them from the Special Education office before December 31, 2025.
