Baytown Woman Strips Naked During Police Pursuit

BAYTOWN, TX — Police arrested a woman on Saturday who stripped naked as she evaded police trying to pull her over.

The incident began on Saturday, Dec. 8 at about 1:40 p.m., when a motorist called Baytown Police about a black vehicle that was parked horizontally on State Highway 146 and Massey Tompkins Road.

When the officer arrived, he saw a woman get into the car and take off at a high rate of speed. The officer turned on his overhead lights and siren as he pursued her car, to try and get her to stop, but she refused to pull over.

While the officer was behind the vehicle, the woman began tossing her clothes out the drivers side window and kept driving and ran several red lights, police said.

The pursuit finally ended near N. State Highway 146 and Needlepoint Road when the naked woman got out of her car, ran into a nearby field, and fell to the ground.

The officers gave the woman several commands to stay on the ground, and she initially complied before trying to get up and flee.

Additional officers arrived at scene and took 26-year-old Attaree Milton into custody without further incident.

Milton has a parole violation out of Austin for Assault on a Peace Officer. She is being charged with Evading in a Motor Vehicle.
