• Amidst a flurry of colors and creativity, Rayburn student Julio defied the clock, artistry crowning him champion at RodeoHouston's Quick Draw Contest. Working against a 50-minute clock, he impressed judges with his creativity, bringing recognition to his Pasadena school and art teacher. Neighbors can take pride in this local artistic achievement on a big Houston stage.
