Burn Victims File Restraining Order Against Kuraray America
Nine of the 20 victims injured in a flash fire at the Kuraray America Eval plant on Saturday filed a temporary restraining order on Monday.

PASADENA, TX — Nine of the 20 workers injured in a flash fire at Pasadena's Kuraray America Eval chemical plan on Saturday have filed a temporary restraining order against the company.
Attorney's Benny Agosto, Jr. and Mo Aziz are representing nine workers who were injured by the May 18 explosion at the Kuraray America EVAL Plant in Pasadena, Texas.
A temporary restraining order has been filed against Kuraray, seeking to preserve all evidence related to the incident.

Twenty employees who were working at the plant suffered burns and serious injuries during a flas fire at the plant that attorney's in the case say may have been caused by the malfunction of a safety release valve.
