The Houston Police Department is trying to find an aggravated robbery suspect.

Pasadena, TX -- HPD is trying to find a man they believe committed a Hobby Airport-area aggravated robbery in 2013.
The Houston Police Departmentβs Major Offenderβs Division and Crime Stoppers are looking for Kelvin Joe Brown, who is suspected beating a woman with a pair of handcuffs in a motel room near Hobby Airport and stealing her stuff.
Brown was allegedly interrupted during the attack and split in a beige colored car. The cops claim they found Brown's DNA at the scene, which linked him to the battering and robbery.

HPD didn't offer a reason why Brown would be at an airport motel with a woman and a pair of handcuffs, but they probably didn't need to. Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to Brown's charging and/or arrest.
