Annual Family Campout Returns With Family Fun In 2021

ROUND ROCK, TX—It's that time of year again in Round Rock where families can enjoy a weekend in nature alongside friends and neighbors. The City of Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department present their annual Family Campout 2021 at Old Settlers Park for a fun-filled camping experience.

Families are invited to spend the night in Old Settlers Park as they gather around the Lakeview Pavilion where they will pop their tents, enjoy dinner, have fun, play games, eat s'mores around the campfire, watch a movie in the park, and end the day falling asleep under the stars. Registration for the event is required and registration may be completed HERE.

There will also be a tent decorating contest on Friday evening with prizes awarded to most creatively decorated tents with 1st-3rd place rankings. Full schedule may be found HERE.

Each registered participants will receive two meals including dinner on Friday evening and pancake and sausage breakfast on Saturday morning, with vegetarian options available if requested by Sept. 10, s'mores and a t-shirt. For more information, click HERE.
