The Center For Relationships Hosts Virtual Session On Boundaries

As we navigate the pandemic and the holidays, an important aspect of self-care is discussing our relationships and establishing boundaries.

ROUND ROCK, TX —The pandemic has caused 2020 to look much different than in years past. As we continue to navigate the challenges this year has brought, the holiday season may seem especially difficult for some families. In an effort to establish healthy relationships through the pandemic, the holidays, and beyond, The Center for Relationships invites the community to an online discussion, Boundaries: How to Protect Yours During the Holidays with Dr. Vegdevi Meunier.

Self-care is an important aspect of navigating the pandemic and the holidays, and setting and enforcing healthy boundaries are critical to achieving the goal of stay well. The online session scheduled Tuesday, Dec. 15 from 7 p.m. - 8 p.m., Dr. Meunier will discuss topics including:

  • The importance of healthy boundary setting
  • The key variables in setting boundaries you can keep
  • Several specific scenarios that might come up during the holiday season and helpful tips for handling them
