Here are the top three stories in Round Rock today:

  1. Less than a month after the Mar. 21 tornadoes hit Round Rock, Governor Greg Abbott issued disaster declarations for Williamson and Bell counties in response to severe weather on Apr. 12, 2022. Heavy rain, large hail, strong winds, and multiple tornadoes damaged buildings in the two counties. (The Center Square)
  2. Yesterday, the Texas Rangers announced that Nick Snyder, number 57, was recalled from Round Rock AAA. Sherten Apostel was assigned outright to Round Rock AAA. Spencer Howard and Dennis Santana were placed on the Injured List. And Garrett Richards, number 43, was activated from the Injured List. (MLB)
