Kids Invited To Experience Joys Of Books And Love For Reading
The Round Rock Public Library hosts its Bow Wow Read to a Dog program for kids to sign up and read to therapy dogs and their trainers.
ROUND ROCK, TX—Create opportunities to let your little ones appreciate a love of reading, and become lifelong readers and join the Round Rock Public Library as it presents its Bow Wow Read to a Dog Program! Children will have the chance to read to a therapy dog and its trainer for 10 minutes at a time to help foster a joy for books.
Held every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, the program runs from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and children from preschool to middle school are invited to register at the children's desk one week prior to each program for one of the 10-minute reading slots.
