Here are the top three stories today in Round Rock:

1. A new 465,660-square-foot industrial development is set to begin construction in September at 2380 Oakmont Road in Round Rock. Five buildings will be constructed over two phases. Three buildings are included in Phase One and two buildings are included in Phase Two. (KVUE)
2. On Aug. 2, the Round Rock ISD board of trustees approved a regular and special election to be held Nov. 8. Places 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 will be decided in the elections, five of the seven board seats. (Community Impact Newspaper)
3. Round Rock, Austin, and Georgetown ranked number ten in a Jul. 18 study by WalletHub of the United States' most educated cities in 2022. The ranking was based on data including the quality of education offered and how many citizens, 25 years and older, hold a bachelor's degree or higher. (Narcity Canada)
