  1. Round Rock and nearby areas have new real estate listings that range from $400,000 to almost $800,000. Some of the homes listed: 6048 Urbano Bend in the Siena community at $420,000, 1733 West End Place in the Hidden Glen Subdivision at $750,000, and 150 Jubilee Dr. in the Westhaven neighborhood at $385,000.   2. Three commercial developments are coming to Round Rock, two of which have already broken ground. Three Class A industrial buildings on A.W. Grimes will be known as Round Rock 45. EastGroup Properties will possibly make a $10 million investment to redevelop a property on Texas Ave. Settler's Grove, a 631,000 sq. ft. warehouse development on the west side of Chisholm Trail, is expected to be completed in June.   3. Round Rock completed requirements needed to implement the last quiet zone for the city, awaiting Union Pacific approval. Quiet zones restrict trains from blowing their horns within city limits, with exceptions to use horns in case of an emergency. This quiet zone phase will run from Burnet Road to Red Bud Lane and could take a few more months for final approval. More details at City of Round Rock.
