- Starting Monday, Aug. 29, the City of Round Rock will implement a new utility billing payment system. Customers must switch to the new online portal and those enrolled in auto-pay must register for auto-pay in the new portal. Visit the link for additional information on the new payment system. - IKEA, the Swedish home furnishings retailer, will host the first IKEA Festival event in Round Rock's IKEA store on Aug. 26. According to the company, the global nine-city festival "celebrates people's real creativity and inventiveness at home."
