1. Starting Monday, Aug. 29, the City of Round Rock will implement a new utility billing payment system. Customers must switch to the new online portal and those enrolled in auto-pay must register for auto-pay in the new portal. Visit the link for additional information on the new payment system. 2. IKEA, the Swedish home furnishings retailer, will host the first IKEA Festival event in Round Rock's IKEA store on Aug. 26. According to the company, the global nine-city festival "celebrates people's real creativity and inventiveness at home."
