- Attorneys from Tom & Associates and Ellzey & Associates are representing Round Rock Police officer Don Holland in a lawsuit against popular YouTube influencer Logan Paul. The lawsuit outlines tactics used to leave consumers in the dark about their investments in his game, CryptoZoo. Another influencer "alleged that the defendants promoted purchasing in-game currencies that yielded no return on investment, and that the defendants stopped developing the project to its promised extent." - Parents Defending Education received a document regarding “Legal Issues Related to Transgender Students,” created by the Texas Association of School Boards. The document covers questions and answers about the following: How school staff should respond if a parent doesn't support a student's gender transition; noting that "bullying" a transgender person is considered form of sexual harassment, and more.
