Heaven considers herself a true Austinite having lived in the area for the last 26 years, though the specifics of Round Rock are something she is excitedly embracing. She grew up in Bastrop, Texas and graduated from Texas State University while slowly making her way up I-35 over the last few years. Heaven has worked in the hospitality industry since she was 18 and claims the industry has raised her for the past ten years. Upon joining the Alexa Management team as their Sales & Events Manager, she is responsible for all sales and events at The Ruby Hotel & Bar in downtown Round Rock, as well as properties in Wimberley and Concan.

Heaven has always said her passion is people, which is why she was so excited to join the Ambassador team with the Round Rock Chamber in October 2021. Meeting new people and building relationships is an important role as an Ambassador and has given Heaven a great opportunity to connect with organizations in the community as well as other Ambassadors at the Chamber. The Ambassador program was the perfect way to dive into Round Rock and become more engaged with the city and business leaders throughout the area.
