Round Rock ISD, APH Host COVID Vaccination Clinic For Ages 12+
Individuals may attend the no-appointment clinic to receive their first dose, those in need of second dose, or if eligible for booster.

ROUND ROCK, TX—Austin Public Health (APH) and Round Rock ISD have partnered to host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for individuals ages 12 and older who:
- Need the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine
- Received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine during the Aug. 16 APH clinic and are in need of their second
- Qualify for a third booster shot
Scheduled Monday, Sept. 13 at the Raymond E. Hartfield Performing Arts Center with no appointments required to receive your vaccination. Participants are asked to arrive anytime from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. to receive their free COVID-19 vaccine, and identification and insurance will not need to be provided.
Individuals interested in attending are asked to submit this Interest Form to allow APH an estimate of the amount of COVID-19 vaccines needed to meet demand. Those who do not complete the interest form may still attend and receive their vaccine.

Consent Forms may be completed in advance or at the clinic. Students aged 18 years and younger do not need a parent present to receive the COVID-19 vaccine but must have the appropriate consent form signed by a parent or guardian and an adult present.
