  1. A new report from Environment America found that Round Rock is in the top ten of total installed solar capacity in Texas. According to the report, the United States now has 121.4 gigawatts (GW) of solar photovoltaic capacity, enough to power more than 23 million homes. (Subscription: El Paso Times; Free: Yahoo News)
  2. Uptown Cheapskate, located at 2601 S. I-35, Suite D-300 in Round Rock, will reopen Apr. 25, 2022. The resale store is looking to buy items including gently used clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories. The business will offer cash and store credit offers on the spot. (Community Impact Newspaper)
  3. LawnStarter, an Austin-based outdoor services provider, recently named Round Rock the state’s second-best city for tacos. Austin was named the state's best city for tacos. (Culture Map)
