Round Rock Women Invited To Learn About Personal Safety

ROUND ROCK, TX—Round Rock-area women are invited to learn the skills and techniques needed for self defense. MB Defense will host Women's Self-Defense classes where instructors will discuss situational awareness, what a strong stance would be for you, and how to use your body to fight off an attacker.

The classes held every Tuesday and Thursday at American Legion George Johns Post 447 located at 1000 N. Georgetown St., Round Rock, TX 78664, is a great opportunity for those interested in learning about personal safety and self defense.
