Taylor Morrison Debuts 21 All-New Floor Plans

at Vizcaya in Round Rock

AUSTIN, Texas — Taylor Morrison, a leading national builder and developer, will debut 21 brand-new floor plans in its master-planned community, Vizcaya, a community with two great neighborhoods, Traditions at Vizcaya and Heritage at Vizcaya.

Inspired by Austin-area homebuyers, the 21 new floor plans will offer the best in Austin living with innovative home designs developed to make the most of every moment at home.

The 12 new Taylor Morrison floor plans at Traditions are priced from the mid $200,000s and range in size from approximately 1,794 to 2,847 square feet.

At Heritage, Taylor Morrison’s 55-plus community at Vizcaya, new floor plans include the one-story Alpine, Ashen, Sandpiper, Sablewood, Sherwood, Dovetail, Driftwood, Evergreen and Balsam designs.
