Teen Arrested In Round Rock High School Stabbing
The 15-year-old girl was arrested after an altercation with another minor at Stony Point High School, the principal confirmed.
ROUND ROCK, TX — A teenage girl was arrested after being accused of stabbing another student at a Round Rock high school on Tuesday, according to reports.
The 15-year-old girl was arrested after an altercation with another minor at Stony Point High School, Fox 7 reported. District officials confirmed campus police responded to the incident at around 11 a.m. on Tuesday. The injured student was transported to a hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening stab wound.
"Please use this opportunity to remind your child to immediately contact a teacher, administrator, or counselor if they hear any rumors or conversations regarding possible actions that could harm others," the principal wrote in a letter sent home to parents and guardians. "Students must also be aware of the significant consequences they face if involved in any such activity. The safety and security of our students and staff are our top priorities, and we will remain vigilant in protecting them."

The two students involved in the incident had agreed to fight, the principal said, and will both face disciplinary action.
