Here are the top three stories today in Round Rock:

1. There are multiple local efforts happening now to support those affected by the tornadoes in the area. The Round Rock Express announced that $5 of each Apr. 5 home game ticket will be donated to Round Rock Cares for the tornado relief effort. Goodstock by Nolan Ryan will also donate 50 percent of all sales from Apr. 1 to Apr. 3 to Round Rock Cares. On Apr. 2 and Apr. 9 the city of Round Rock will collect debris from affected areas. 2. Bluebonnet Trails will open William county's first youth respite center on Apr. 21 in Round Rock. The 16-bed facility will provide mental health support services for children aged 5-17. The youth center will offer equine therapy, breather therapy, community life skills therapy, and more. (KXAN News)
3. The 2022 rosters for the minor league Round Rock Express were announced yesterday, Mar. 31. The Texas Rangers’ minor league affiliate has a lot of talent this year. Notable players are Cole Winn, Sam Huff, Josh Smith, Davis Wendzel, Leody Taveras, Sherten Apostel, Jake Latz, Bubba Thompson, and Daniel Robert. (Lone Star Ball)
