🌱 Vehicle Crash On MoPac Expressway + RRISD Parents Tired Of Board?

First, today's weather:

A stray afternoon t-storm. High: 86 Low: 74.

Here are the top three stories in Round Rock today:

1. Yesterday morning, Aug. 21, one person was rushed to St. David's Round Rock Medical Center with severe injuries after a vehicle crash on the MoPac Expressway ramp near Parmer Lane. Austin-Travis County EMS said the person was pinned inside of a vehicle and declared a trauma alert. (KVUE)
2. After the Round Rock ISD board censure vote failed on Aug. 18, even RRISD parents are reportedly tired of the board's "bickering." One parent said, "People need to stop this nonsense, for the lack of a better term, and look in the mirror." (FOX 7 Austin)
3. The Texas Rangers recalled right-handed pitcher A.J. Alexy from Triple-A Round Rock on Aug. 19. The club also placed right-handed pitcher Joe Barlow on the '15-day Injured List' due to a right index finger blister, retroactive to Aug. 18. (MLB)
