The father says he doesn't want his family's lives destroyed by a media circus.

NEW BRAUNFELS, TX - The father of Devin Kelley, the man accused of the worst mass shooting in Texas history, says his family is grieving.

"We we are grieving. Our family is grieving," Michael Kelley told ABC News at his home in New Braunfels, Texas.

Texas authorities say Devin Kelley methodically walked into the pews and executed his victims at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs. Police say 26 parishioners, including an unborn child, died in the shooting and 20 were injured.
