ALDI Stores Hosts Hiring Event This Week At 4 Houston Locations

HOUSTON, TX – Are you looking for a new job? European-based ALDI is hosting hiring events at four of its Houston Metro Area stores on Wednesday, Jan. 9. The four stores are looking to fill manager trainee positions, shift manager and store associates.

The four hiring events on will be held from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the following locations:

• 2009 South Mason Road, Katy, TX 77450
• 2302 FM 2920 Road, Spring, TX 77388o
• 4140 Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena, TX 77504
• 11709 West Airport Blvd, Meadows Place, TX 77477

The events offer chances for prospective employees to apply and ask questions about the working atmosphere at Aldi.

All applicants must be 18 or older, high school diploma or GED, must be available to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., Sunday-Monday, retail experience preferred, management experience preferred for Manager Trainees, and must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Employees averaging more than 25 hours per week are eligible for full health insurance benefits and dental coverage. ALDI offers generous wages and benefits that are higher than the national average for the retail industry

• Manager Trainee: $57,000 per year ($23.05 per hour averaging 45 hours per week), Opportunity to earn $70,000-$85,000 per year as a Store Manager
• Shift Manager: $17.70-18.10 per hour ($12.70-13.10 per hour plus a $5.00 per hour when performing manager duties)
• Store Associate: $12.70-13.10 per hour
