• Fort Hood's microtransit changing lives (spectrumlocalnews.com) — Temple residents can now use the free-or-low-cost Cavazos Connector microtransit system that links Fort Hood with Temple, Killeen, Belton, Copperas Cove, and Harker Heights. The app-based service, modeled after rideshares, runs 16 vehicles and carries about 40,000 passengers a month, dramatically improving transportation options for soldiers and nearby civilians across Bell and surrounding counties.
