KSAT plans to livestream the late-morning news conference, where leaders are expected to address damage, ongoing outages, and next steps for affected tenants. 
• High-Speed Carjacking Chase Screeches To Violent Stop Outside Universal City (hoodline.com) — A high-speed police pursuit from San Antonio ended in Universal City near Aviation Road and FM 1976 when a suspected carjacked vehicle crashed into a tree and boulder, sending the driver to the hospital. Authorities arrested the driver at the scene, but officials have not yet released details on formal charges or the condition of the woman believed to have been in the car.
