Meet A Future Leader In Victoria: Bailey Zeplin

The future of Victoria is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Bailey Zeplin, who are making a positive impact in and around Victoria.
Bailey, a Victoria West High School graduate, exemplifies the qualities of a standout young leader. Recognized for her academic and extracurricular achievements, Bailey earned a South Texas Farm & Ranch Show Scholarship in 2024, awarded to seniors pursuing agriculturally related degrees. This prestigious recognition places her among the distinguished students contributing to a legacy of over $338,000 in scholarships awarded since 1991.
As an Honor Roll student and recipient of accolades from the Victoria ISD Board of Trustees, Bailey has been celebrated for her outstanding academic standing and exemplary conduct. Her determination is also evident in her equestrian pursuits, where, among other achievements, she secured fourth place in the Xtreme Million Waco Open 5D Division with an impressive 17.108 performance.
