• Conroe ISD Board of Trustees opens Application Process to fill Position 1 Vacancy (hellowoodlands.com) — Conroe ISD, which serves many The Woodlands neighborhoods, has opened applications to fill its vacant Board of Trustees Position 1 through an interview and appointment process instead of a costly special election. Interested residents have until January 6, 2026, to apply, with finalist interviews and a possible appointment planned for mid-January.
