The Woodlands Township Discusses Incorporation

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS – The Woodlands Township Board of Directors held an Incorporation Planning Session on Nov. 28, 2018, to discuss future governance.

The Board of Directors took the following action before conducting business on Regular agenda items:

• Justice of the Peace Edie Connelly administered the Oath of Office to reelected Directors of The Woodlands Township, Gordy Bunch, Brian Boniface, John Anthony Brown and Bruce Rieser.

The Board of Directors discussed the following incorporation-related matters on the Regular Agenda:

• Received a presentation of the Financial Model developed by the Matrix Consulting Group.
• Received a presentation of the Independent Financial Model/Best Practices Analysis by The Novak Consulting Group.
