• Texas School Bus Driver Wins AMF Bruns Special Needs Driver of Year (stnonline.com) — A Wylie ISD school bus driver has been nationally honored after spotting a young child in a harness walking alone along the road and quickly getting help. Veteran driver Julio Ospina stopped his bus, called authorities, and stayed with the child until police arrived, actions that earned him AMF Bruns’ National Special Needs Driver of the Year award and a community celebration in his honor.
