Solar Eclipse 2017: Updated Weather Forecast For Prime Viewing Locations

The Great American Eclipse is fast approaching. See what the weather forecast is for your location.

The Great American Eclipse will hit Newport, Oregon, in a little more than two hours, and for viewers in the pacific Northwest, the good news is that the cloud cover forecast seems to be in their favor.

According to the National Weather Service's most updated forecast, the Northwest and much of the Southeast will mostly have clear viewing conditions, though those in the central United States might not be as happy with the forecast.
