First Charges Approved In Mueller Russia Probe: CNN
The charges were approved by a grand jury on Friday but are still sealed under a court order, according to CNN.

A federal grand jury on Friday approved the first charges in the investigation being led by special counsel Robert S. Mueller, CNN reported, citing sources briefed on the matter. The charges are still sealed but CNN reports that preparations were made for anyone charged to be taken into custody as early as Monday.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein would have been made aware of the charges before they were taken before the grand jury, CNN reported. Rosenstein appointed Mueller to lead the special counsel in May after the firing of FBI Director James Comey. The special counsel is investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election, which includes any potential collusion between associates of the Trump campaign and Russia. The probe was started by Comey.
Top lawyers part of the special counsel were seen Friday entering the DC federal court where the grand jury meets, according to CNN.
