President Trump will address a joint session of Congress on Tuesday when he delivers a speech laying out his vision for the country. Here's what you need to know about the address.

The address will begin at 9 p.m. Eastern. It will take place in the United States Capitol in the House Chamber, where Trump will speak to members of the House of Representatives and the country's senators.

"This will be an opportunity for the people and their representatives to hear directly from our new President about his vision and our shared agenda," said Speaker Paul Ryan.
