Judge Neil Gorsuch faces his second day of hearings before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday as a nominee to become a justice on the Supreme Court of the United States.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m.
The first day of testimony was marked by complaints from Democrats about the unfair treatment of Judge Merrick Garland, President Obama's nominee for the same seat, and by Republicans' praise for Gorsuch and his qualifications.
