Watch Live Stream: President Trump Speaks At National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service
The president and vice president will speak at the event honoring police officers.

WASHINGTON, DC — President Trump and Vice President Pence will deliver remarks around 11 a.m. Eastern on Monday at the 36th annual National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service. The service honors police officers across the country.
"In 1962, President John F. Kennedy signed a proclamation which designated May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day and the week in which that date falls as Police Week," explains the website for Police Week. "Currently, tens of thousands of law enforcement officers from around the world converge on Washington, DC to participate in a number of planned events which honor those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice."
