WASHINGTON, DC — White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer delivered a televised briefing to reporters Monday afternoon.
As the government heads for a showdown over continuing to fund the federal government, Spicer expressed confidence that a shutdown would be avoided. In addition to questions about that, Spicer also continued to face questions about the 100-day mark of Trump's presidency.
