President Trump will present his eighth Medal of Honor in a ceremony at the White House on Wednesday afternoon. The Medal of Honor will posthumously go to Army Staff Sgt. Travis Atkins, who saved three soldiers from the blast of an Iraqi suicide bomber by shielding them with his body. Trump will award it to his family.
