I'm a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues. I thoroughly enjoy anywhere I can get a craft beer -- Schlafly is my favorite! -- and listen to live music. I also spend way too much time agonizing over my fantasy baseball and football teams. Once, I thought Netflix was a dumb idea. Then I got it and immediately realized how awesome it is. I now regularly watch TV shows in bulk.

I live in Chesterfield with my wife, Alexis, and our dog Mowgli.

Ward Running Club Promotes Fitness, Team Building

Students in grades 2-5 gather inside right after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Oct. 27 and spend 10 minutes or so doing homework before heading outside to either run a timed mile or participate in organized running games.
