National and international performer Darden Purcell is a Washington DC based featured soloist who has performed on stage and as backup vocalist with Chaka Kahn, George Benson, Darlene Love, Sara Bareilles and other jazz greats.&nbsp;
Tonight, she will be joined onstage with the talented student members of the Jazz Vocal Ensemble from George Mason University, where Dr. Purcell serves as Associate Professor and Ensemble Director.&nbsp;
